- 120lb limit, less than $4,000 (including labor); additional components must be under $400
- Frame perimeter is 120" max, nothing can extend 15" past frame perimeter
- Bumpers must surround frame, have 20lb max
- 30lb allowance after bag and tag
- Make sure to use new radio (in Kit of Parts)
